Organisations are drowning in documents. In data. In rules. The story often becomes technical and therefore fails to connect with anyone. That's precisely what causes friction during sales conversations and presentations.
DossierData is the software package for the financial adviser. Client data sits at the centre. Around it hang mortgages and insurance and claims. Also pensions and banking and credit. The package grows from CRM via automations to an aftercare module. I drew that structure as concentric circles.
The package had grown into what the client themselves call a spaghetti package. Complex and extensive. I brought structure and translated that into a clear pitch deck.
For DossierData I designed a sales pitch in Full HD format. Not a feature list but a visual story that brings calm. Clear and structured and understandable even for people without an IT background.
The slides ask the questions an adviser asks themselves. What does DossierData store? How does DossierData do that? Why DossierData? A quote sums up what matters: more time for your client and less time lost to administration. The slide with connections shows ten partners. From Adviesbox and Topicus to the KVK. For automation I drew a checklist with a cogwheel and for secure storage a blue folder with a lock.
Another slide shows that client data can yield valuable actions: CRM and triggers and the client themselves. On the slide What does DossierData store? sits the promise of a complete client file that's always up to date. And a financial adviser making a call in a modern office environment gives the story a face.
No busy graphs. No marketing language. Space and rhythm and a clear thread. So that the conversation can be about content again and not about explanation.
Is your story sometimes more complicated than your product? Often the answer starts with brand identity. Not as dressing but as foundation.
